ref="#CB00982">莊</g>严<persName>佛</persName>法（文）更令信戒者<g ref="#CB29778">替</g>策<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>令劝信故云更也</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0014b05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0014b0501">二然菩下傍述三门二初标列。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0014b0513" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">然菩萨戒者直不释文段 <lb ed="D" n="0014b06"/>因廣<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>馀经论等述菩萨修行故云然也此与<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>未决之词也上言所以<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>偈更令信戒与词也而不释 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0015a" n="0015a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0015a01"/>偈摽三门故是<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>也此<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>又始终一向<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>非不释偈故与<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>未决故置然字也进与即此非释偈退<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>终 <lb ed="D" n="0015a02"/>非不释偈故云与<g ref="#CB03033">夺</g>未决也略有三门者義<g ref="#CB29913">寂</g>师等开多科段述菩萨戒先分受随于受亦分得受失受 <lb ed="D" n="0015a03"/>于得受後开四门于其中科段委细也今对彼等师廣释云略有三门也此三门中第一受体後二随行 <lb ed="D" n="0015a04"/>就後二初持後犯虽持犯异俱望受体得其名是故皆名随（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0015a05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0015a0501">二初受下正明三初受得门二初应成機二 <lb ed="D" n="0015b04"/>戒勝可摄于彼（文）是别受不通地狱通受通六趣见亦地藏菩萨等与其受戒等也解释以<persName>佛</persName>菩萨神力 <lb ed="D" n="0015b05"/>别受五八亦通六趣见等（文） 问通地狱众生受得菩萨戒轻重地狱俱得之乎 答義<g ref="#CB29913">寂</g><g ref="#CB29931">疏</g>云当知地 <lb ed="D" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">要须先<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>大菩 <lb ed="D" n="0016b03"/>提心等者谓虽解语不<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>菩提心不成今戒故云要须先<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>等也 问今经言<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0016b0301" n="0016b0301"/><anchor xml:id="beg0016b0301" n="0016b0301"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0016b0301"/>解法师语尽受得戒（文） <lb ed="D" n="0016b04"/>不言<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>菩提心何故云要须先<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>等乎 答今经重戒结成门不得现身<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>菩提心等文受得菩萨戒须 <lb ed="D" n="0016b05"/>菩提心见其上瑜伽论等必种姓<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心上受得菩萨戒见依之如是释也谓誓定取无上菩提等者非犹 <lb ed="D" n="0016b06"/>预心故云定取菩提可有期利生不可尽故云穷未来际也 问菩提心者入道章出菩提心体性云体 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0017a" n="0017a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0017a01"/>性者以信精进正念正定正惠为体（文）尔者何以上求下化二心释菩提心乎 答于菩提心有体相境 <lb ed="D" n="0017a02"/>三今文者以行相释菩提心章云显行相者希求为相希求有二一求菩提二求利生（文）次下<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>瑜伽论 <lb ed="D" n="0017a03"/>决定希求以为行相之文是也 问菩提心者菩提即心欤亦菩提之心欤 答菩提之心也以依玉为 <lb ed="D" n="0017a04"/>名菩提所期果号心即得彼菩提果愿乐心即文所述求菩提利有情二心也 问菩提之心者求菩提 <lb ed="D" n="0017a05"/>之一愿何有利有情之心乎若又心分二种者可云菩提萨埵心如何 答遁伦有此问答彼第八云问 <lb ed="D" n="0017a06"/>文中既求菩提复为有情而<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心者何故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0017a0601" n="0017a0601"/><anchor ref="#CB07514">发</g>救萨埵心也又<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心令生同我俱证菩提故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0017b0101" n="0017b0101"/><anchor xml:id="beg0017b0101" n="0017b0101"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0017b0101"/>云菩提心不得<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>言<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>萨埵心也</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0017b02"/><p xml:id="pD15p0017b0201">二如下<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>文证。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0017b0207" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">如瑜伽云菩提心等者谓本论<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心品中就菩提心出五种相自性 <lb ed="D" n="0017b03"/>行相所缘功德<g ref="#CB08764">最</g>勝也然今所<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>文行相文也<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>自性行相所缘相合云菩提心也自性者能缘见分于 <lb ed="D" n="0017b04"/>菩提有情作上求下化誓以此能誓心为其自性也行相者能缘之心必依所缘之境能所相合以决定 <lb ed="D" n="0017b05"/>无转之形为<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心行相也所缘者以菩提有情二种为境谓境界之相也 问第二行相者于四分何可 <lb ed="D" n="0017b06"/>配当哉 答有异義且如<g ref="#CB29962">遁</g>伦<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>以相分为行相（云云）谓此義意能缘见分缘彼境决定无改转形即相分 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0018a" n="0018a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0018a01"/>也又亲所缘<g ref="#CB29911">缘</g>也决定无转之形心中浮现此名相分如镜中影像以镜之体为自证分此上光明见分 <lb ed="D" n="0018a02"/>也此见分上所现菩提有情是相分也笠置上人云唯识宗意相分名行相義尤勝也愚夫迷此相故（云云） <lb ed="D" n="0018a03"/>以为行相者影像也下義利为境者境则第八所变相分为第六等见分即本质亦疏所缘<g ref="#CB29911">缘</g>也此境正 <lb ed="D" n="0018a04"/>与能缘见分相应成亲所缘<g ref="#CB29911">缘</g>时菩提有情二种相云行相也由此義行之相可训也行者能缘见分相 <lb ed="D" n="0018a05"/>者所缘相分也能缘行解浮现相<g ref="#CB15032">貌</g>也以相分为行相故所缘则第八所反相分为第六识等为本质以 <lb ed="D" n="0018a06"/>此本质为所缘也 问就之疑云见唯识论见分名行相相分为所缘文加之相分非缘卢法岂为<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0018b" n="0018b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0018b01"/>相<g ref="#CB15032">貌</g>伦记释用不任意何<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>唯识诚文由末师解释乎 答伦记释是非彼师自義瑜伽论以相分为行 <lb ed="D" n="0018b02"/>相是故仲算私记云唯识见名行相瑜伽相名行相（取意）本论既相分为行相末师解释何<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>本论哉若尔 <lb ed="D" n="0018b03"/>定菩提心行相时以伦记可为指南依之文集引之以为依<g n="0019a0101"/><anchor xml:id="beg0019a0101" n="0019a0101"/>摩<anchor xml:id="end0019a0101"/>缘得菩萨戒文解脱分者<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0019a0102" n="0019a0102"/><anchor xml:id="beg0019a0102" n="0019a0102"/>已<anchor xml:id="end0019a0102"/>入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g> <lb ed="D" n="0019a02"/>位故知僧祇已前不能成菩萨戒（云云） 本净长老等专执此義歎云通受戒不<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>深固大心不成别受戒 <lb ed="D" n="0019a03"/>不三国相羕故亦不成故当时通别二受俱为结缘不成其戒体也（云云） 传云善法欲位可成菩萨净戒 <lb ed="D" n="0019a04"/>也凡解脱分者宽通未入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>杂集论四种解脱分中依<g ref="#CB02712">凭</g>顺解脱分者则未入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>位也又唯识论云 <lb ed="D" n="0019a05"/>一资粮位谓于大乘顺解脱分（文）述记云此在四十心及前位从初<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心及至十迴向终皆名顺解脱分 <lb ed="D" n="0019a06"/>（文）故和顺解脱名宽通未入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>位也加之今经上下两卷配次位今十重六八初<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心外门戒行云十 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0019b" n="0019b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0019b01"/>住已上传上贤圣内门行（云云）外门者是未入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>更无疑欤亦<g ref="#CB29931">疏</g>主释汝等一切<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心菩萨亦诵之经 <lb ed="D" n="0019b02"/>文云言<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心者十信位也行实有退非三贤之正位若十信等未入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>位不许得菩萨戒半月制令诵 <lb ed="D" n="0019b03"/>有何所益乎故知菩萨净戒<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0019b0301" n="0019b0301"/><anchor xml:id="beg0019b0301" n="0019b0301"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0019b0301"/><g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>已入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>许之恐不足言事欤（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0019b04"/><p xml:id="pD15p0019b0401">二<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>下受得法二初二种受戒二初标分。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0019b05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0019b0501"><note place="inline">问一分多分全分有三种何云有二种受乎又付十善戒受一戒名一分一九名多分十名全分何况本 <lb ed="D" n="0019b06"/>业经云一分菩萨乃至二分三分四分十分等故有一分多分全分见尔者何不摽三种乎 答今于一 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0020a" n="0020a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0020a01"/>分中包多分也百行律仪时开立多分今合云一分全分也一義云多分摄全分本业云有受一分戒名 <lb ed="D" n="0020a02"/>一分菩萨乃至二分三分四分十分名具足受戒（云云）既二分十分名具足受故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0020a0201" n="0020a0201"/><anchor xml:id="beg0020a0201" n="0020a0201"/>属<anchor xml:id="end0020a0201"/>全分受也 问若尔者 <lb ed="D" n="0020a03"/>何释一分时云或受一戒或多皆得成戒乎 答此且为显随其受者意乐所堪義尔释欤必一分摄多 <lb ed="D" n="0020a04"/>分故如是非释欤</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0020a05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0020a0501">二一下正明二初一分受三初正明菩萨分受。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0020a06"/><p xml:id="pD15p0020a0601"><note place="inline">依本业经文也彼经云又复法师能于一切国土中教化一人出家受菩萨戒者是法师其福勝造八万 <lb ed="D" n="0020a07"/>四千<g ref="#CB30259">塔</g>数其师者夫妇六亲得互为师授其受戒者 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0020b" n="0020b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0020b01"/>入诸<persName>佛</persName>界菩萨数中超过三劫生死之苦是故应受有而犯者勝无而不犯有犯名菩萨无犯名外道以 <lb ed="D" n="0020b02"/>是有受一分戒名一分菩萨乃至二分三分四分十分名具足受戒（文補云）就此一分受古来异義颇以 <lb ed="D" n="0020b03"/>繁多也略擧三疑方显相羕实義（一戒体成不疑二七众通<g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>疑三住前住内疑）第一戒体成否疑 问一分受者本论幷宗家 <lb ed="D" n="0020b04"/>解释不见今师依本业璎珞<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>相许一分受持若尔可云戒体成就乎 答付之异论多途要仪抄云一 <lb ed="D" n="0020b05"/>分受菩萨戒体可成本业<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>相今师解释更不及疑虑如成山海尘滴为初之道理不可<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>之加之六波 <lb ed="D" n="0020b06"/>罗蜜经第五之乃至护持一禁戒者亦得名为入<persName>佛</persName>净戒波罗蜜多能得无上正等菩提（文）〇若尔戒体 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0021a" n="0021a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0021a01"/>成就理在绝言等（云云 委细问答如補忘抄略抄之）兴正菩萨<g ref="#CB29922">弘</g>安年中表无表章御谈義亦依上義讲毕（文）次由文 <lb ed="D" n="0021a02"/>集註文一分受不可成戒体本业且初根<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>摄一相<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>不尽理<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>（取意具如註文）彼经<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>三聚相是则断<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>一途 <lb ed="D" n="0021a03"/>非显了诚<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>彼既不尽理例今分受方非实理<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>（为言）〇已上御注意也中古硕学实宽法印等今御注意 <lb ed="D" n="0021a04"/>协宗家御释（云云）然<g ref="#CB29922">弘</g>安年中<g ref="#CB08764">最</g>後章御讲改御注義讲上義毕若尔相传義不可取<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>欤 问就初戒 <lb ed="D" n="0021a05"/>体成義为许分受十戒俱可许一分受哉 答有人云自<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>生戒至谤三宝随受者意乐悉可许一分受 <lb ed="D" n="0021a06"/>也（云云）传云分受之时于前四重可有一分持第五已下是不共戒也是故必分持後六戒时于前四重 <pb ed="D" xml:id="end0021b0301"/><g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>在家二众许之乎答八云出家在家俱可许分受也等（云云 委可见補 <lb ed="D" n="0021b04"/><g ref="#CB31184">𭜘</g>抄）传云八怗抄義不足言也于出家许分受都所不见也等（云云 委细也可见之）第三住前住内疑 问今一 <lb ed="D" ref="#CB29788">祇</g>轻毛等位将亦通已入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>深固行相乎 答今一分受者专依本业经彼经于 <lb ed="D" n="0021b06"/>住前<name role="" type="person">信相菩萨</name>明之加之出已入僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>行相云十重满足方入初住经文分明<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0021b0601" n="0021b0601"/><anchor xml:id="beg0021b0601" n="0021b0601"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0021b0601"/><g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>住前義不及异论者 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0022a" n="0022a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0022a01"/>欤（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0022a02"/><p xml:id="pD15p0022a0201">二不下简异比丘<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>受。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0022a0210" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">不名比丘者<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>比丘名通大小瑜伽论中<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>声 <lb ed="D" n="0022a03"/>闻七众菩萨七众故然而今师且比丘名<g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>于声闻也</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0022a04"/><p xml:id="pD15p0022a0401">三谓下<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>明二受不同三初明比丘<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>受意。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0022a05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0022a0501"><note place="inline">现身得阿罗汉者 问彼极速犹经三生故俱舍论（二十三）云谓初生起顺解脱分第二生起顺抉择分第三 <lb ed="D" n="0022a06"/>生入圣乃至得解脱（文）何云现身等乎 答贤圣義私记第二（仲）等云凡夫不觉生多少（乃至）圣人知业多 <lb ed="D" n="0022a07"/>少文凡夫不知生多少故欲现身得果也实虽不可 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0022b" n="0022b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0022b01"/>得约彼意乐云现身等也若知业多少第三生人亦修可得也（云云） 一義云性相望多分而<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>之或经中 <lb ed="D" n="0022b02"/>依持二百五十戒许即证第四果義故云现身得阿罗汉等欤（云云） 圆满<g ref="#CB12017">轨</g>则者果既欲圆满故其上行 <lb ed="D" n="0023a03"/><p xml:id="pD15p0023a0301">二菩下明菩萨分受意二初历劫修满故。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0023a04"/><p xml:id="pD15p0023a0401"><note place="inline">谓凡必无现身成<persName>佛</persName>者 问法力甚深也機根千品也何无现身成<persName>佛</persName>之类哉依之菩提心论云父母所 <lb ed="D" n="0023a05"/>生身即证大觉位（文）花严经云初<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心时便成正觉（文）法花经<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>须<g ref="#CB04456">臾</g>闻之即得究竟加之天台可有一 <lb ed="D" n="0023a06"/>生入妙觉者（云云）若任此等<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>何不许现身成<persName>佛</persName>之类乎 答虽宗计各别然法相宗意必经无数三大 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0023b" n="0023b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0023b01"/>劫也瑜伽云决定无转无数大劫修行圆满方证菩提（文）且声闻钝根经三生六十劫独觉利根经四生 <lb ed="D" n="0023b02"/>百劫况菩萨尤利可经三大劫道理必然也依之幽<g ref="#CB29811">赞</g>云独觉利根尙经百劫况求作<persName>佛</persName>无多劫因（文）笠 <lb ed="D" n="0023b03"/>置上人云无馀还生无性有情成<persName>佛</persName>事自他宗遂无和会三大僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>转不转不可设别会释我宗人可<g ref="#CB22526">仰</g> <lb ed="D" n="0023b04"/>起信论诸文自被会（云云）彼论云或示超地速成正觉以为怯<g ref="#CB17723">弱</g>诸众生故或<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>我于无量阿僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>劫当 <lb ed="D" n="0023b05"/>成<persName>佛</persName>道以为懈<g ref="#CB07999">慢</g>诸众生故能示如是无数方便不可思议而实菩萨种姓根等<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心即等所证亦等无 <lb ed="D" n="0023b06"/>有超过之法以一切菩萨皆径三阿僧<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>劫（文）西天竺之习设有道理无文证者为非義今既有文理尤 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0024a" n="0024a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0024a01"/>可指南也要经无数大劫者入道章云始从资粮终尽法雲经三大劫其初资粮加行二位是初大劫从 <lb ed="D" n="0024a02"/>通达位至七地终是第二劫从第八地尽第十地是第三劫时毕三<g ref="#CB29788">祇</g>行<g ref="#CB09112">备</g>四位方登究竟菩提果（文）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0024a03"/><p xml:id="pD15p0024a0301">二如下无德不摄故。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0024a0309" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">菩提心经云譬如大海初有一滴能为诸宝作所依 <lb ed="D" n="0024a04"/>处文史记云泰山不让土壤故能成其高河海不嫌细流故能成其深（文）既大菩提等者唯识第十云诸 <lb ed="D" n="0024a05"/>根相好一<g ref="#CB29911">一</g>无<g ref="#CB30603">边</g>无限善根所<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>生故（文）趣生者趣谓六趣生即四生也（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0024a06"/><p xml:id="pD15p0024a0601">三虽下明大小勝劣意。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0024a0610" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">唯受一戒犹勝二乘功德者大般若五百 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0024b" n="0024b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0024b01"/>八十六云尔时<name role="" type="person">满慈子</name>问舍利子言云何菩萨有漏净戒能勝二乘无漏净戒舍利子言声闻缘觉无漏 <lb ed="D" n="0024b02"/>净戒唯求自利迴向<g ref="#CB29810">涅</g>槃菩萨净戒普为度脱无量有情迴向无上正等菩提是故菩萨所有净戒能勝 <lb ed="D" n="0024b03"/>二乘无漏净戒（文）<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0024b0301" n="0024b0301"/><anchor xml:id="beg0024b0301" n="0024b0301"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0024b0301"/>为自身者显扬论第十二云自義利者谓自利行如声闻独觉彼虽或时起利他行 <lb ed="D" n="0024b04"/>然本期愿为自利故亦名自義（文）菩萨修一善悉为众生作之故言不荷恩故也（云云）又云菩萨<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心时 <lb ed="D" n="0024b05"/><g ref="#CB29977">誓</g>一切众生饶益依此心持<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>生一戒云不<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>一切众生是一切众生<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>寿命故云不荷恩故也（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0024b06"/><p xml:id="pD15p0024b0601">二二下全分受。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0024b0607" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">谓从一戒至九戒初一分受摄之且随初云一分受也全分受 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0025a" n="0025a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0025a01"/>者谓通在家出家十戒满足者悉此门摄也（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0025a02"/><p xml:id="pD15p0025a0201">二谓下三聚誓愿二初<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>标。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0025a0212" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">问谓三聚戒之言<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0025a0201" n="0025a0201"/><anchor xml:id="beg0025a0201" n="0025a0201"/>但<anchor n="0025a05"/>三聚戒乎（为兴正菩萨言）传云谓三聚戒之言宽通分全也全分受别无烦五戒受五戒十戒受十戒故不可 <lb ed="D" n="0025a06"/>用别料蕳是故不释具出一分全分已欲明能受誓愿云谓三聚戒也仍训文云二者全分受读断谓三 <lb ed="D" n="0025a07"/>聚戒<g ref="#CB31183">󷧏</g>（于伊乎）可破文也古点云二者全分受谓三聚戒可训也即<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0025a0701" n="0025a0701"/><anchor xml:id="beg0025a0701" n="0025a0701"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0025a0701"/><g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>全分受也甚非文意也 问一分 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0025b" n="0025b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0025b01"/>分受犹<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>三聚誓愿何受一戒等乎岂非体誓相<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>乎 答三聚誓愿远期来际祈愿也非即时成就何 <lb ed="D" n="0025b02"/>不云断一切<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>乎全分受时誓未来故即云三贤十圣伏断二障等岂<g ref="#CB30186">具</g>缚凡夫伏断二障虽然彼远期 <lb ed="D" n="0025b03"/>来际故誓伏断二障也是亦如是纵虽一分受远期来际故誓断一切<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>也次下文云非诸凡夫即能一 <lb ed="D" n="0025b04"/>切三聚顿誓渐修满故者释一分全分俱即时不成就之所以也（云云） 三聚净戒者法铣<g ref="#CB29931">疏</g>云初释通名 <lb ed="D" n="0025b05"/>谓三聚净戒三者是数蕴积名聚離过名净防非为戒即<g ref="#CB30279">带</g>数尺初三聚者一摄律仪戒離<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>有<g ref="#CB12017">轨</g>名曰 <lb ed="D" n="0025b06"/>律仪<g ref="#CB29911">仪</g><g ref="#CB29911">仪</g><g ref="#CB29924">含</g>多一名幷<g ref="#CB04465">抆</g>称之摄所谓静虑无漏及别解脱律仪即戒名律仪戒持业尺也二摄善法戒 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0026a" n="0026a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0026a01"/>顺益有<g ref="#CB12017">轨</g>名为善法<g ref="#CB29911">法</g>众多故取在此门故名摄<g ref="#CB29911">摄</g>善即戒名摄善戒亦持业释也三摄众生戒众生所 <lb ed="D" n="0026a02"/>生名众生<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>令<g ref="#CB08221">归</g>善名之为摄<g ref="#CB29911">摄</g>生即戒亦持业释文</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0026a03"/><p xml:id="pD15p0026a0301">二摄下别解三 初正明三 初摄律仪戒。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0026a04"/><p xml:id="pD15p0026a0401"><note place="inline">凡就三聚有戒门誓门二种今所明非戒门是誓门也古義同本业璎珞<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>断<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>门三聚（云云）甚背文意 <lb ed="D" n="0026a05"/>下云非诸凡夫（乃至）三聚顿誓即誓门见故戒门三聚得意不协文意也（文）应断<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>法者断惑障<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>生死也 <lb ed="D" n="0026a06"/>生死者分段反易二种生死也古准唯识论第十所弃<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>体以非障有漏劣无漏摄<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>之言（云云）甚不协 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0026b" n="0028a06"/>果位中无出分段義而何云通取因果出分段死乎 答水抄云若<g ref="#CB07043">據</g>果位直是勝出反易（乃至）果中不<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>出 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0028b" n="0028b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0028b01"/>分段義（文）意云分段死实因位<g xml:id="pD15p0028b0301">二摄善法戒。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0028b0306" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">应修证法者古由第十所显得所生得得意今亦一具由第四卷诸淸净 <lb ed="D" n="0028b04"/>法亦有三种<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>出<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>道断果别故之文得意宽通漏无漏善悉为摄善法戒体也（云云）私云<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>出<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>道漏 <lb ed="D" n="0028b05"/>无漏道修之断果无为可证之也十勝行者谓十波罗蜜也<name role="" type="person">无垢称</name><g n="0029a01"/><g ref="#CB08974">恼</g>所知转得菩提<g ref="#CB29810">涅</g>槃依是转<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>转得所依第八识或是真如也（云云）唯识论九云便证得转依（乃至）依谓 <lb ed="D" n="0029a02"/>所依即依他起与染净法为所依故染谓虚妄遍计所犱净谓真实圆成实性转谓二分转<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>转得由数 <lb ed="D" n="0029a03"/>修习无分别智断本识中二障<g ref="#CB29925">粗</g>重故能转<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>依他起上遍计所执及能转得依他起中圆成实性由转 <lb ed="D" n="0029a04"/>烦<g ref="#CB08974">恼</g>得大<g ref="#CB29810">涅</g>槃转所知障证无上觉（<g ref="#CB00562">疏</g>云今言依他起名转依者流转还灭依也文）又云或依即是唯识真如生死<g ref="#CB29810">涅</g>槃所依故 <lb ed="D" n="0029a05"/>愚夫<g ref="#CB04138">顚</g>倒迷此真如故无始来受生死苦圣者離倒悟此真如便得<g n="0029b02"/>约自利之<g ref="#CB30603">边</g>今四摄<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>本利他也意云六度<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>为除自分悭贪等障是即自利四摄法为救前生行布<g ref="#CB10495">施</g> <lb ed="D" n="0029b03"/>是则利他行也是且一途<g n="0030a0401"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0030a0401"/><g ref="#CB07514">发</g>摄善摄生不许之也必持前四重其上可兼持故也依许分受義明之也（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0030a05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0030a0501">二非下释疑。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0030a0506" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">疑云初心始行菩萨云何有断一切<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>修一切善尽有情界之義乎为<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g> <lb ed="D" n="0030a06"/>此疑云非诸凡夫等也初心菩萨一切三聚顿非誓修行随位可修之（为言）又云一切三聚虽不能顿修行 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0030b" n="0030b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0030b01"/>所<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>愿心可誓断一切<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>等也（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0030b02"/><p xml:id="pD15p0030b0201">三如下擧德。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0030b0206" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">言无碍者古義云无相淸净<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心也故云无碍也又有義云于十方法界 <lb ed="D" n="0030b03"/>尘沙万境真俗二谛上求下化之心无不遍满故云无碍也（云云）随所生处心其中王者谓未证菩提以 <lb ed="D" n="0030b04"/>前或生人天或生鬼畜等随其所生处必得王果报（云云）心者一義云且擧能依心必可具所依身也一 <lb ed="D" n="0030b05"/>義云可作身字恐字误欤一義云（师義）可作必字古本中作必字故知字误也（云云）何无相<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>心其中王 <lb ed="D" n="0030b06"/>身必王故也心地观经第三具<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>其相略取意引之彼云上品戒（法王身<persName>佛</persName>）中品戒（转轮圣王）下品亦三（谓先上中二品俱持 <lb ed="D" n="0030b07"/>上分勝劣下品三品皆犯戒）下上品（鬼神王）下中品（禽兽王也）下<g ref="#CB29911">下</g>品（堕地 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0031a" n="0031a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0031a01"/>狱受焰魔王身也）无毕竟等者无碍所<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>愿行勝因所答勝果无上菩提外无堪果者也故瑜伽四十三云又即 <lb ed="D" n="0031a02"/>如是所集无量福智资粮更无馀果可共相摄唯除无上正等菩提（文）上明三聚是誓门三聚戒门三聚 <lb ed="D" n="0031a03"/>事補忘抄擧五门释大<g ref="#CB30805">纲</g>大切也可见之文義长略之</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0031a04"/><p xml:id="pD15p0031a0401">二护持门二初标<g ref="#CB07741">判</g>。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0031a0409" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">上受得门是受体是则随行也明旷<g ref="#CB00562">疏</g>云言受持等 <lb ed="D" n="0031a05"/>者受谓受戒三业领纳名受顺受防护名持（文）述云护即持故云护持（云云）有人以此十门为五对一二 <lb ed="D" n="0031a06"/>共不共相对（科意云具不具相寸也）三四<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>性相对五六贪嗔相对（有开制对）七八缓急相对九十护不护对（云云）</note>。</p> <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0031b" n="0031b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0031b01"/><p xml:id="pD15p0031b0101">二一下随释二初九门<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>俗戒护二初随心一门一分持二 <lb ed="D" n="0031b02"/>初立義三初法。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0031b0207" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">（述云）问随心门者<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>受上 <lb ed="D" n="0031b03"/>随心持欤别受上随心持欤 答或别受上随心持或<g ref="#CB30106">总</g>受上随心持可通两<g ref="#CB30603">边</g>也（云云 述云）问此门通 <lb ed="D" n="0031b04"/>在家出家欤将<g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>在家欤 答西大寺此门<g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>在家次门通出家在家<name role="" type="person">招提寺</name>此门通在家出家（云云）補 <lb ed="D" n="0031b05"/>问云此门<anchor n="0032b0301"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0032b0301"/>随众生先<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>夙因受<g ref="#CB21942">婬</g><g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>等戒犹如一色水随器本色成绿碧等（为言）镜水抄第十三云靑色白色两中间 <lb ed="D" n="0032b04"/>色为碧色赤色白色两中间色为红色靑色黄色两中间色为绿色赤色黑色两中间色为紫色其中靑 <lb ed="D" n="0032b05"/>黄赤白黑为正色红紫碧绿不正色（文 师云持公存此義）一義云绿碧等者水有种<g ref="#CB29911">种</g>色彼黑白等水虽一处交 <lb ed="D" n="0032b06"/>流不乱犹类虽人道一类同<g ref="#CB07514">发</g>心依夙习機不同也则本文有之文集诗云济水澄亦洁河水浑而黄交 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0033a" n="0033a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0033a01"/>流列四渎（川河淮济为四渎也）淸浊不相伤（文）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0033a02"/><p xml:id="pD15p0033a0201">三故下结。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0033a0205" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">渐具馀行者对一戒二戒等馀戒云馀行也</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0033a03"/><p xml:id="pD15p0033a0301">二如下<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>证。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0033a0306" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">问此文述受得之相何<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>护持之证乎 答受随不相離故受有一分等 <lb ed="D" n="0033a04"/>受随必可有一分持等故为证也</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0033a05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0033a0501">二然<persName>佛</persName>下二下八门全分持二初遍学一门专念护持三 <lb ed="D" n="0033a06"/>初简前摽章。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0033a0606" cb:place="inline"><note ref="#CB17327">遮</g>共学故为遍学 答凡就遍学有多 <lb ed="D" n="0033b03"/>种一性<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>遍学则今门也正取性<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>共学号遍学则性<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>诸戒遍学之傍兼全分持故遍学義也是故科 <lb ed="D" n="0033b04"/>文二下八门全分持（云云）二通别遍学下云遍学行别受七众是也则通别同学故云遍学也三内外遍 <lb ed="D" n="0033b05"/>学下以富楼那为遍学是也虽有三门不同今<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0033b0501" n="0033b0501"/><anchor xml:id="beg0033b0501" n="0033b0501"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0033b0501"/>依初性<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>遍学也（云云） 问此门通道俗二众乎 答 <lb ed="D" n="0033b06"/>可通也优婆塞戒经中亦出<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>戒令在家众持之故况亦五戒中饮酒亦是<g xml:id="pD15p0034a0201">二如瑜下引论证成。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0034a0209" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">瑜伽四十一云若诸菩萨安住菩萨净戒律仪如薄 <lb ed="D" n="0034a03"/>伽梵于别解脱毘奈耶中将护他故建立<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪制诸声闻令不造作诸有情类未净信者令生净信已净 <lb ed="D" n="0034a04"/>信者令倍增长于中菩萨与诸<g ref="#CB29917">声</g>闻应等修学无有差别何以故以诸<g ref="#CB29917">声</g>闻自利为勝尙不弃<g ref="#CB22057">捨</g>将护他 <lb ed="D" place="inline">诸機嫌戒者<g ref="#CB29917">声</g>闻戒也如<g ref="#CB29810">涅</g>槃经等<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>也是以戒<g ref="#CB00562">疏</g>二上 <lb ed="D" n="0034a07"/>云菩萨持性重戒与息<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>機嫌戒等无差别（文）同记 <pb ref="#CB10495">施</g>三衣也付之不明若乞者来乞三衣之时不<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>之寧不 <lb ed="D" n="0035a03"/>犯悭贪性戒哉是以令<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>智论（文）证随性门離衣是<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪不<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>三衣可犯性罪哉如何 答智论（文）既如 <lb ed="D" n="0035a04"/>护三衣不能<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>等（云云）不<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>三衣之<g ref="#CB11730">旨</g>明<g ref="#CB29912">引</g>智论文意只为证相<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>事由不<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>三衣虽不行布<g ref="#CB10495">施</g>非悭贪 <lb ed="D" n="0035a05"/>相何云犯性罪哉<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0035a0501" n="0035a0501"/><anchor xml:id="beg0035a0501" n="0035a0501"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0035a0501"/>若有悭贪心<g place="inline">问第三门通道俗乎 答科文云随性门<g ref="#CB29914">󷓚</g>出家（文） 问 <lb ed="D" n="0036a05"/>付之犹不明如优婆塞戒经在家犹持<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>戒加之在家菩萨受十重六八戒可有性<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>诸戒何无随性義 <lb ed="D" n="0036a06"/>乎 答出家遍持性<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>戒是故有相<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>事在家希虽持<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>不尽诸戒故相<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>学处现在前義希是故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0036a0601" n="0036a0601"/><anchor n="0036b04"/><g ref="#CB22072">说</g>名<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪（文）瑞应记云<persName>佛</persName>制不制皆招<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>趣即名性罪〇因<persName>佛</persName>制已招<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>道因<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>成罪名为<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>（文）灯七云 <lb ed="D" n="0036b05"/>论此与二乘有共不共等西明云旧云性罪谓<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>生等<g ref="#CB15072">拔</g>生草等是<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪今依摄论云<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>盗<g ref="#CB21942">婬</g>等贪等所 <lb ed="D" n="0036b06"/>生名为性罪行生草等非贪等生<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>名<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪此意染心断生草等即名性罪今谓不尔彼摄论意若故<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g> <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0037a" n="0037a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0037a01"/>生等必贪等起故是性罪故断生草非必贪等起故是<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪又断生草等十业道中是何业道染心起时 <lb ed="D" n="0037a02"/>得名性罪若云由贪等是意业者自由起贪等何<g ref="#CB22413">閛</g>断草又为贪等起<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>等时应犯身意二处业道又解 <lb ed="D" n="0037a03"/>深密云十地中所起烦<g ref="#CB08974">恼</g>不染汚相由知而起<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0037a0301" n="0037a0301"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037a0301" n="0037a0301"/>但<anchor xml:id="end0037a0301"/>为利生不为过失此起贪等应成性罪何名不染汚若 <lb ed="D" n="0037a04"/>虽起贪等非染<g ref="#CB29929">汚</g>相不犯性罪故不得言<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0037a0401" n="0037a0401"/><anchor xml:id="pD15p0037a0508" cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">摄大乘论<g ref="#CB29917">声</g>闻菩萨相对于菩萨出四对勝中第二共不 <lb ed="D" n="0037a06"/>共对勝段文也一差别殊勝〇三廣大殊勝四甚深殊勝也传云与声闻共（之手）相似（<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>利）可破文也（云云） <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0037b" n="0037b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0037b01"/>付之有人难云如本文以共不共名言结之是故训文云与声闻共（<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>利）相似（之）<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪等云<g ref="#CB29911">云</g>相似性戒是 <lb ed="D" n="0037b02"/>故号相似<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪既结言共不共何相似言属上耶（是一失）亦如摄大乘论四言偈也若尔可有乱句失（是二失）而 <lb ed="D" n="0037b03"/><g ref="#CB30735">世</g>亲摄论云一切性罪谓杀生等<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>名为共相似<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪谓窟生地断生草等<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>名不共（文）此文显然以相 <lb ed="D" n="0037b04"/>似属下若尔<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>未论解尺（是三失）是故可读相似<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪也（云云）今案云此难颇非也凡以<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>罪号相似馀处 <lb ed="D" n="0037b05"/>有其证乎今文及论不可成其证若馀文无其证者如是料蕳太成忆度（是一失）次乱句难文句诚四言须 <lb ed="D" n="0037b06"/>依道理可取其義是故名共其上相似義必然若尔依理训文都不妨也然<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>相对也第三依相<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>事开<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>第四由利益缘许性（云云）科文 <lb ed="D" n="0038a04"/>意可许此義也（云云）若有勝利性罪现行者宗要云问既生功德何名性罪 答意乐虽善方便<g ref="#CB08891">恶</g>故处 <lb ed="D" n="0038b06"/>中乃至下凡善心所作皆非犯故（云云）解释分明也问若尔摄论悲愿相应後得妙智行<g ref="#CB17715">杀</g>生等解释何 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0039a" n="0039a"/> <lb ed="D" n="0039a01"/>可会乎 答彼文虽限地上以道理释之宗要述理云不尔如何自判地狱以诸圣者既断彼故（文）此则 <lb ed="D" n="0039a02"/>瑜伽（文）不蕳登地未登地差别故如是释给也若尔摄论且依极位可会释也 问此门通道俗乎 答 <lb ed="D" n="0039a03"/>科文云隐密门通道俗（云云） 问若尔出家菩萨有利益时可行<g ref="#CB21942">婬</g>乎 答伦记云为护<g ref="#CB30735">世</g>间诽谤重故 <lb ed="D" n="0039a04"/>制而不许（文）崆峒记云 问出家岂无悲愍之心 答形相别故就利多故（文）如是诸文于出家有利益 <lb ed="D" n="0039a05"/>不许行<g ref="#CB21942">婬</g>也若依馀性罪有利益或地上（慈<g ref="#CB22131">恩</g>等意）或下凡（今师意也）于出家可许之也若尔今科文依多分科通 <lb ed="D" n="0040a03"/>道果等故非性罪初二两果许有妇女故出家菩萨邪<g ref="#CB21942">婬</g>正<g ref="#CB21942">婬</g>俱可性罪也（云云） 私云瑜伽开七非中第 <lb ed="D" n="0040a04"/>三戒不许为性罪有属女客有利益开无属女故云开七非也然其第三<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0040a0401" ref="#CB08891">恶</g>何又重可立此门哉 问许贪何上二论不许之 答私云 <lb ed="D" n="0041a03"/>上二论与莊严论義不同故也由利群生等者彼论第六曰次<g ref="#CB17327">遮</g>贪罪偈曰菩萨念众生爱之彻骨髓恒 <lb ed="D" n="0041a04"/>时欲利益犹如念一子故释曰诸菩萨爱诸众生此名为贪馀如偈<g ref="#CB22072">说</g>偈曰由利群生意起贪不得罪嗔 <lb ed="D" n="0041a05"/>则与彼<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>恒欲<g ref="#CB02167">损</g>他故释曰若诸菩萨爱诸众生起贪名罪者此義不然何以故此贪恒作利益众生因 <lb ed="D" n="0041a06"/>故（文）嗔则与彼<g ref="#CB08960">违</g>者唯识论云嗔唯不善<g ref="#CB02167">损</g>自他故（文 補云）问莊严论文云起贪不得罪（文）与下爱顺 <pb ed="D" xml:id="D15.8853.0041b" n="0041b"/> <lb ed="D" n="0041b01"/>大悲故罪为劣同异云何 答有義云上贪与下爱俱同体也意云初心始行菩萨将利众生误起爱染 <lb ed="D" n="0041b02"/>此贪虽实罪为利众生<g ref="#CB22044">谬</g>起此故与嗔相对其罪诚劣由劣義且云不得罪实可有少罪是故下云故罪 <lb ed="D" n="0041b03"/>为劣也上下互擧<g ref="#CB30603">边</g><g ref="#CB29911">边</g>其体实同也（云云）师云见莊严论本文言爱诸众生此名为贪（文）是则起贪不得 <lb ed="D" n="0041b04"/>罪贪大悲心号贪也次下文云悲爱诸众生云由得慈心故由愍念众生大悲故言不得罪也既生多功 <lb ed="D" n="0041b05"/>德岂有少罪下云爱顺大悲是则染汚爱贪也然相对嗔其罪是劣而染汚心故可有少罪由之云故罪 <lb ed="D" n="0041b06"/>为劣也是则上下大不同而相对嗔爱顺大悲贪義故其罪劣为显此義<g cb:place="inline"><note place="inline">问顺勝门得名云何 答八怗抄出二義一義云勝者大 <lb ed="D" n="0042a02"/>悲贪顺大悲对嗔罪为劣（为言）一義云贪云勝贪嗔相对贪利群生不得罪于菩萨名勝欤二義中以初義 <lb ed="D" n="0042a03"/>为勝（云云）若依科文以嗔名勝<g ref="#CB29911">勝</g>于贪重罪故故云罪为重故轻劣重勝相对其義可知谓顺勝嗔可谨 <lb ed="D" n="0042a04"/>护之義由此号顺勝门也挍上下文相科文诚以协文（云云）</note>。</p> <lb ed="D" n="0042a05"/><p xml:id="pD15p0042a0501">二如下引文证成。</p><p xml:id="pD15p0042a0508"
